UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Bertone Swim is not liable for unclaimed parcels. If you do not pick up your parcel from the post office within the required timeframe, it may be disposed of by the post office, and we will be unable to resend your order.

You should receive an email or text message from the post office if you provided your email or phone number at checkout. Depending on your country, you may also receive a slip in the mail if there was a failed delivery attempt, instructing you to collect your parcel.

Most post offices hold parcels for up to 14 days before disposal. Please ensure you collect your order within this period, as once a parcel is disposed of, it is out of our control, and we will not be able to assist further.

As a courtesy, if we notice that your parcel is waiting at the post office, we may send you an email to remind you. However, we have no obligation to do so once your order has left our warehouse.
