At Bertone Swim, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your swimwear purchase. Please review our return policy to understand our guidelines and procedures for returns and exchanges.
Returns Eligibility
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your swimwear.
To be eligible for a return, the swimwear must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
How to Initiate a Return
We offer two convenient ways to start your return:
1. Email Request
Send an email to bertoneswim@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
Once we receive your email, we’ll provide you with a return authorisation and detailed instructions on where to send the items.
2. Via Your Customer Account
We’ve made it easy for you to request and manage returns using our self-serve system. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth process:

Select the order you wish to return and follow the prompts to request a return. This will notify us of your return request, which will either be accepted or denied.
1. Access Your Account

2. Start a Return Request
- Navigate to the Orders section in your account.
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on Request Return and follow the prompts.
3. Provide Accurate Return Details
- Choose the correct reason for the return from the provided options.
- Important: If incorrect reasons are selected, your return may be rejected, the item(s) will be sent back to you, and you will not receive a refund or store credit.
4. Follow the Return Instructions
- Review the return rules and confirm your items meet the eligibility criteria.
- Complete the process by selecting your preferred return method.
5. Await Confirmation
- Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
6. Store Credit (if applicable)
- If store credit is issued, it will be applied to your account after the return is processed.
Important Information:
- All returns are thoroughly reviewed. If your item is not deemed resalable, it will be shipped back to you, and the return will not be accepted unless the item is deemed faulty.
- For items you believe to be faulty, photo proof will be required. This will be requested as part of the return process, either via email or during your online return request.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part then Bertone Swim will cover the costs of that return.
Exchanges and Store Credit
- We do not offer direct refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges for a different size or style or store credit for the returned items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at bertoneswim@gmail.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or provide a store credit, including return shipping costs.
- Please note: All our products are thoroughly checked before they are shipped out to ensure our customers do not receive faulty items.
