Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • 100% of orders are shipped within two business days.
  • Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday if placed before 11 am on Saturday.

Delays

Please note that delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Customs processes
  • COVID-19-related disruptions
  • Taxes or other external factors
In such cases, please allow an additional 48-72 hours for your package.

  • Shipped via Australia Post with a tracking number provided upon purchase.
  • Estimated delivery: 1-4 business days.

    Free Standard Shipping within Australia

    • Available for all orders over $100 AUD.
    • Shipped via Australia Post with a tracking number provided upon purchase.
    • Estimated delivery: 2-7 business days.

              Pre-Orders

              • Delivery times listed above do not apply to pre-order items.
              • You will receive an email with an estimated restock date for your pre-ordered item.
              • Once back in stock, standard shipping policies apply.

              Please allow up to 7 weeks for the delivery of pre-order items, with updates sent via email.

                LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

                Bertone Swim is not liable for lost or stolen parcels. If your order has not arrived, please contact the shipping courier directly—Australia Post—who are responsible for delivery. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up-to-date information.

                We first ship with Australia Post. For international orders, once your parcel reaches your country, you should be able to track it using the same tracking code on your local postal service’s website.

                Australia Post recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. If you still haven’t received your order, you can submit a claim via https://auspost.com.au/receiving/parcel-deliveries/compensation#tab3 For Australia Post deliveries, please reach out to them directly to initiate an investigation.

                If you require further assistance, you can email our Customer Care team, and we can advise you on how you may be able to recover your money from the shipping courier.

                UNCLAIMED PARCELS

                Bertone Swim is not liable for unclaimed parcels. If you do not pick up your parcel from the post office within the required timeframe, it may be disposed of, and we will be unable to resend your order.

                You should receive an email or text message from the post office if you provided your email or phone number at checkout. Depending on your country, you may also receive a slip in the mail if there was a failed delivery attempt, instructing you to collect your parcel.

                Most post offices hold parcels for up to 14 days before disposal. Please ensure you collect your order within this period, as once a parcel is disposed of, it is out of our control, and we will not be able to assist further.
