Shipping Policy

100% of orders are shipped within two business days. orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on monday if ordered before 11 am on saturday. 

 

Note: Delays may be encountered when items are ordered on weekends and delays such as public holidays, custom, covid-19 delays and taxes may result in a delayed package. please allow 48- 72 hours in cases like these.

 

All orders made within New Zealand will have a flat rate of $12 dollars. These orders will be sent with Australia post or Sendle and a tracking number will be received upon purchase. Please allow up to 9-17 business days.

All orders made within New Zealand over $150 will receive free shipping. These orders will be sent with Australia post or sendle and a tracking number will be received upon purchase. Please allow up to 9-17 business days.

 All worldwide orders have the option of choosing express shipping. Depending on your country a shipping fee will be calculated at the end of your order. Please allow 9-18 business days to send through express shipping with Australia Post OR Sendle.

 

 

 The above delivery times will not apply to any orders that are pre-ordered through our website. You will receive an email letting you know a rough estimate of when the item will be back in stock. When the item is back in stock the above shipping will apply to orders. 

 Please allow up to 7 weeks for the delivery of pre-order items, however, you will be emailed an estimated time.
